Far East Consortium (FEC) has officially completed Perth Hub, a transformative development that marks another significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to shaping Perth’s dynamic cityscape.
As FEC’s second major development in the city, following the highly successful delivery of The Towers and The Ritz-Carlton at Elizabeth Quay in 2019, Perth Hub signals a new chapter in the revitalisation of Perth’s urban fabric.
Situated within the Perth City Link precinct, a site historically defined by its role as a transport gateway, Perth Hub redefines the area by connecting the CBD with Northbridge for the first time in 100 years.
The development offers a fresh blend of residential and retail, enriching both the local community and the broader Perth metropolitan area. This project plays a pivotal role in creating a lively urban atmosphere, breathing new life into a previously underutilised section of the city.
Designed by the esteemed Cottee Parker Architects, Perth Hub is a contemporary tower that delivers a mix of 314 one, two and three bedroom apartments and premium residential amenities designed to foster a strong sense of community, with residents enjoying access to a range of facilities that enhance their everyday lifestyle. These include state-of-the-art fitness spaces, communal lounges, and outdoor areas that encourage social interaction and a connection to the surrounding urban landscape.
A major highlight of the Perth Hub development is the inclusion of a world-class 250-room Dorsett Hotel. The hotel, expected to open in 2026, will bring accommodation and hospitality offerings to the area, contributing to the vibrancy and energy of the precinct.
With the potential for new food and entertainment options, including an expansion of Perth’s Chinatown and outdoor dining areas opening onto Milligan Plaza, the area is set to become a sought-after destination for locals and tourists alike.
Perth Hub also marks a key achievement for FEC Constructions, the in-house construction arm of Far East Consortium. This is the first project completed by FEC Constructions, and the successful delivery of Perth Hub demonstrates their ability to execute high-quality, large-scale developments with precision. The project’s completion lays a solid foundation for future builds across Australia, setting the standard for excellence in construction and urban design.
Looking ahead, the transformation of the Perth City Link precinct is far from complete. The upcoming opening of the Dorsett Hotel will further activate the area, drawing more visitors and contributing to the area’s growing reputation as a dynamic urban destination. The broader Perth City Link redevelopment, a $1.4 billion initiative, will continue to shape the city’s landscape, with a mix of residential, office, retail, and entertainment spaces poised to create a new central hub for the community.
As residents continue moving into their new homes, Perth Hub is quickly establishing itself as one of the city’s most exciting new addresses.
